What is pH?
pH stands for Potential Hydrogen. It is a measuring scale that goes from 0 to 14 from acid to alkaline. You can easily measure your blood pH with litmus paper using your saliva or urine. Litmus paper is sold in all major pharmacies, drugstores and health food stores.

The premise for good general health is that excess acid in the blood pH underlies all diseases, and consequently that the entire metabolic process depends, to large degree, on an alkaline environment.
