Ai/E10: Ai/E10 is bio-engineered to induce the production of significant concentrations of these active immune support molecules in the milk of select and specially prepared dairy cows raised in the most pristine health conditions (organically-fed, no steroids, herbicide/pesticide free), and derived from processing the milk of these cows to remove large molecules including immunoglobulin while preserving the small immune support molecules. The result is a filtrate in the molecular range of <100,000 kD that provides a concentrate of immune system messengers, including interleukins, interferon, and other memory transfer factors. It also provides additional low molecular weight molecules including macrophages, lactoferrin, lysozymes, and polysaccharides.
