For Univera, the incorporation of Matol's resources in Canada, including a top-notch distribution facility and officers in Montreal, allows for improved and more efficient processing of transactions with Univera Canada distributors. The acquisition also brings a complementary line of well-established products and opens up Univera's dynamic family of products to the former Matol distribution network. J.F. Robert Bolduc, will oversee the full integration of Matol's distributor network into the Univera distributor network. He will also assist in Univera's global expansion efforts by building on and bridging Matol's current and extensive international business relationships. Aligning the best of Matol and Univera for product integration and international expansion will provide new and exciting opportunities for the expanded Univera distributor network.
